The Cadet team was the big news of the weekend: after not having debuted yet due to international commitments, Bryan Pubill's team secured a victory in their opener with a convincing 0-3 win at Inter Recasens' field. Meanwhile, the Juvenil and Infantil teams were unable to secure points in their matches.
At. Segre 2-1 Juvenil
The Juvenil team lost their unbeaten record in a match marked by a poor start from Andorra. By the 5th minute, Atlètic Segre was already leading 2-0: the first goal came from a counterattack and the second from a set-piece play.
From that point on, the tricolors reacted and were clearly superior, but the deficit was already significant. Thus, even though Carlos reduced the gap before halftime with a shot from outside the box (36') and the team continued to create chances, the comeback did not materialize.
Inter Recasens 0-3 Cadet S15
Great debut for the Cadet team, which improved as the match progressed to secure their first win of the season. The tricolors struggled to create chances in the first half, but everything changed after the break. Inter Recasens barely approached Andorra's goal, but the team managed to tip the balance with three goals in less than ten minutes.
First, Nil Hernández assisted Alan to open the scoring (59'), shortly after, Nil himself sent the ball into the back of the net, and Timo sealed the scoreline at 67' after another good pass from Nil.
Infantil S13 2-4 San Cristóbal
The Infantil team was unable to secure points in a match where they had opportunities to do so but ultimately lost due to the visitors' effectiveness with two late goals.
Just 30 seconds in, San Cristóbal managed to open the scoring, but despite the setback, Andorra took control of the match and eventually equalized with a magnificent direct free-kick from David Lonca. In the second half, Nil turned the score around with a set-piece action, but the visitors equalized immediately afterward.
In the final minutes, with the match wide open, San Cristóbal took the win thanks to a counterattack goal and the definitive 2-4 from a strategic play.
