The U19 will fight for survival in the last matchday

There are no reactions yet. Be the first!

It was not the most successful weekend for the three teams of the tricolor base. The under-13 lost in Terrassa, the same fate suffered by the other two teams: the U15 lost their last chances to fight for the league, while the under-19 will play for survival in the final matchday.

Filipe Busto's team needs to beat San Mauro, a direct rival in this fight, and hope that Pobla de Mafumet or Sabadell Nord do not achieve victory.

U19 0-3 Sabadell

Andorra was outplayed during Sabadell's visit to the Principality, although the final scoreline was somewhat exaggerated compared to what happened on the pitch.

The Arlequinats took the lead in the first half, but the goal that definitively broke the game was the 0-2 in the 65th minute, during a quick transition. At that point, the Tricolors were left without options and will now play for their category survival in the final matchday.

AEM 2-0 U15

No one can deny the under-15 team the great season they had, fighting for the league title until almost the very end. However, in the direct duel against AEM, the last opportunity for the Tricolors, the team from Lleida took the victory and definitively secured the league title.

Andorra did not perform well in the first half and saw the home team take a two-goal lead. In the second half, the U15 improved and began to dominate, but faced a well-organized opponent that made things very difficult. So much so that the only clear chance came in the final minute, but Nil Hernández's shot went over the crossbar.

Jàbac Terrassa 6-1 U13

Set pieces condemned the under-13, who started strong and were superior to their opponent. The Tricolors took the lead through Urtzi in the 21st minute, but just a minute before halftime, Jàbac equalized from a corner kick.

At the start of the second half, the home team scored two more goals from corner kicks, and the game was effectively over. Andorra kept trying, but with the score against them, the team paid dearly for some lapses in concentration. In fact, the final 6-1 also came from another set-piece action.
