1.- PURPOSE
FC Andorra (from now on also the 'lender') as the party responsible for the website, makes this document available to users, which regulates the use of the website www.fcandorra.com, with which we intend to comply with the obligations set out in Law 34/2002, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE or LSSI), as well as informing all users of the website about the conditions of use thereof.
Through the website, FC Andorra makes it easier for users to access and use several services and content made available through the website.
Everyone who accesses this website assumes the role of user (hereinafter the user), which entails full and unreserved acceptance of each and every provision included in this legal notice, as well as any other applicable legal provisions.

2.1. Access and use of the website is free
The provision of the services by FC Andorra is free of charge for all users. However, some of the services provided by the provider through the website are subject to the payment of a price set in the general contracting conditions.

9.- FORCE MAJEURE
FC Andorra will not be responsible in the event that it is impossible to provide the services available through this Website, if this is due to prolonged interruptions of the electricity supply, telecommunications lines, social conflicts, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government, and in general all cases of force majeure or fortuitous events.
10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The parties expressly submit to Andorran law for the resolution of any disputes or issues related to this website or the activities carried out on it, and undertake to submit any and all disputes arising from or related to its use to the Courts and Tribunals of Andorra.
11.- OWNERSHIP AND PURPOSE
In compliance with article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), and Law 20/2014 of October 16, regulating electronic contracting and operators that carry out their economic activity in a digital space, LaLiga needs to be included as a collaborator of the Club:
Collaborator: LaLiga Group International, S.L. (hereinafter referred to as "LaLiga"), with tax ID (NIF) no. B-05421805 and registered office at Carrer Torrelaguna 60, postcode 28043, Madrid. LaLiga is a company duly incorporated in accordance with Spanish law that is majority-owned by the National Professional Football League.
12.- THE WEBSITE (Inclusion of the LaLiga service)
12.1. LaLiga services
LaLiga will implement a means of registration and single login (LaLiga Single Sign-On) that allows the User to access an environment created by LaLiga (LaLiga Ecosystem) and comprising various applications and websites, both of LaLiga and of the affiliated football clubs with which LaLiga maintains collaboration agreements so that the User can enjoy a series of advantages. Each user receives a unique identifier so that any selection or modification of preferences or deletion request made in one of the applications or websites that are part of the ecosystem will affect the rest of the environment of LaLiga Ecosystem and the entities that comprise it.
Through LaLiga's Single Sign-On, a unique "fan profile" is created in all the channels (assets) connected to the LaLiga Ecosystem which is shared by all the entities responsible for these assets (LaLiga applications and websites, applications and websites of affiliated clubs, etc.).
