"The other day's match goes along the lines that lead the team to grow in the game. I think we played a match with a lot of personality in a very difficult scenario, as well as overcoming the goal received, and that reinforces the work that is being done. And the week has gone along these lines: we have made a detailed assessment of what the match was in Tarragona, we have analyzed which game is going to be played against Unionistas and we have prepared the team to face with guarantees this match against a team that It has been seven weeks without defeat and that it has only lost two games out of thirteen.

"The point of competitiveness is obvious. Losing only two games out of thirteen and going almost two months without defeat already tells you that they are a very complicated and uncomfortable team, that have the offensive ability to be vertical very quickly and move well, that also have decisive players inside, who are good going into the space.. It is a team that is very incisive in attack, that at the very least play to the forwards and, from individual situations, attack the defense. And that's clear to them because they arrive with a lot of people in the area."

"We have the clear objective of making our people proud, that they identify with the team, that they see a team that plays with effort and predisposition for work. That said, the team is growing and we must be stable and cool. We understand that this is a year that after the painful situation of the last season there are many hopes that everything will go well and that makes us sometimes want to accelerate things that cannot be accelerated. No team is relegated or promoted in November and that desire to succeed can't make us rush too much."

"Individual performances are growing. We started the season with a totally new team, with players who do know the category but who must know our functioning as a team and that must be combined. As much as we want to encourage it through training, the only way for this to happen it's sharing moments of competition... More and more players are increasing their competitive tone and that's what makes them evolve and grow within the team's proposal."
