Privacy Policy

The purpose of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the "Policy") is to regulate the processing of personal data carried out by Futbol Club Andorra SAOE (hereinafter, "Club" or "FC Andorra") and LaLiga Group International, S.L. (hereinafter, "LaLiga"), through the platform. For this reason, the personal data you provide to access and, if applicable, register on the platform will be treated by both entities as co-data controllers.

To enjoy the advantages of the platform you must register in LaLiga Ecosystem, through which you access an environment created by LaLiga, comprising various applications and websites, both of LaLiga and of the affiliated football clubs with which LaLiga maintains collaboration agreements, where, by means of a common registration implemented by LaLiga in these assets (LaLiga Single Sign-On), each user receives a unique identifier so that any selection or modification of preferences or deletion request carried out in one of the applications or websites that are part of the ecosystem will affect the rest of the environment of LaLiga Ecosistema and the entities that comprise it. Who is the data controller responsible for the processing of your personal data?

On the one hand, your personal data will be processed by LaLiga, with corporate tax ID B-05421805 and address at Carrer Torrelaguna 60, 28043, Madrid.

On the other hand, your personal data will be processed by Futbol Club Andorra SAOE (now on, "Club" or "FC Andorra"), with NRT A-713653-Z and address at C/ Pau Casals 6, 2n 2a (AD500 Andorra la Vella), a sports corporation.

You can contact the Data Protection Officer or the Club's data protection officer at dpo@fcandorra.com if you have any questions regarding the content of this privacy policy.

Users of the platform can contact the Data Protection Officer of LaLiga and/or the Club to find out the essential content of the co-responsibility agreement between both parties in relation to the platform.

In the event that you access the YouTube videos embedded in the Platform, LaLiga informs you that the data controller for the purpose of providing you the content viewing services will be Google Ireland Limited, with registered office at Gordon House, Barrow. Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Where do we get your personal data from?

The Club and LaLiga will process the personal data you provide through the registration form (email and preferred language, requested as mandatory data and the full name, date of birth, sex, country, province, city, address, postcode and telephone as optional data) and other data inferred as a result of your use and activity on the platform (registered user ID; device ID; operating system; device model and telemetry, for example, will also be recorded when you click on certain content or the time you stay on the asset) or your interactions with the communications we send you via email, if applicable (for example, clicking on the content of a communication).

Likewise, if you are a user of another LaLiga asset or one in which LaLiga acts as joint data controller and that is part of the LaLiga Ecosystem, the Club may receive the previously mentioned personal data, declared or inferred in these assets.

 

Importing data from social networks:

We inform you that you will be able to use the social networks of which you are a user to register or access LaLiga Ecosystem, as well as to share additional information about your profile on these social networks with LaLiga and the Club.

 

Data shared through Facebook:

• Profile name and photo (Required to register. However, we inform you that LaLiga does not process your profile picture).

• Email address (Required).

• Birthdays (Optional).

• Gender (Optional).

• Current city and province (Optional).

• Like the page (Optional)

• Publications in the biography (Optional. Your public and private posts in the bio, including photos and videos, information about the places tagged in them and the types of reactions they receive).

Thanks to the 'likes' of the page and the posts in the biography, LaLiga will obtain the following inferred data:

• Engagement value: this value measures the volume of interactions the user has with the Facebook wall of the official LaLiga page.

• Social Value: this value measures the user's influence in social networks.

• Promotion Value: users' walls are analysed looking for references to prize draws, promotions and prize draw entries, and assigns a value that measures the promotional ratio on the user's wall. It is also checked whether the user's profile follows Facebook pages dedicated to advertising promotions, raffles and draws.

• Fan Value Score: This score is a combination of the previous 3 that ranks users by value earned (a user with a higher score will be considered a more valuable user). 

Data shared through Google:

• Full name (Required to register).

• Email address (Required to register).

 

LaLiga is not responsible for the legal suitability of the social network you use for the purposes stated above. For this reason, we recommend that you review the conditions of use and privacy policy of the social networks that you are going to use for these purposes in order to be able to verify that the processing carried out with your personal data is in accordance with your privacy expectations and the data protection regulations that apply in each case.

Once the data has been imported and incorporated into your registered user account, your data will be integrated into the LaLiga Ecosystem and processed by LaLiga and the Club for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

Main purposes:

A) On behalf of the Club and LaLiga:

Registration and access to the platform: we inform you that the personal data you provide during the registration of the platform will be processed by the Club and LaLiga for the purposes of facilitating your registration and access to it. In addition, LaLiga will use them to allow you to access to the rest of the assets of LaLiga Ecosystem. In particular, the Club and LaLiga will use the following personal data to fulfil this purpose.

Email address (mandatory and necessary to register on the platform). Platform language (required). Full name (optional). Date of birth (optional). Gender (optional). Country (optional). Province (optional). City (optional). Address and postcode (optional). Telephone number (optional).

In this regard, we inform you that in order to verify the validity of the email address provided to the Club and LaLiga to register on the platform, LaLiga and the Club use the services of a third party provider (RP Solutions, Inc.) which involves the international transfer to the United States, in this case of the email address provided. Country where an equivalent level of protection to that of the European Economic Area is not guaranteed. For this reason, LaLiga, 

LaLiga, in its own name and on behalf of the Club, has signed standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission with these service providers pursuant to the provisions of article 46.2 c) of the General Data Protection Regulation - Regulation (EU) 2016 /679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016–, including additional guarantees and obligations addressed to these providers for the greatest possible security and transparency. The content of the standard contractual clauses is available to you upon request through lopd@laliga.es.

The legal basis for the purpose mentioned above is that the processing is necessary for the performance of the requested services regulated through the legal terms of the platform pursuant to the provisions of art. 6.1 b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

B) By LaLiga:

Internal reports. In addition, LaLiga will treat in aggregate form the personal data you have provided through registration (in this case, country) or social login (in this case, birthdays, gender, page likes and current city), as well as Platform usage data (user ID, device ID, device model, operating system, and telemetry, for example, clicking on certain content or how long you stay on the asset and interactions with the communications you receive (for example, clicking on the content of a communication) for the preparation of relevant metrics and statistics that allow LaLiga to analyse the impact of its campaigns, as well as the interest they have generated among the data subjects based on the analysed data. In particular, LaLiga will carry out aggregated segmentations based on the aforementioned data, which include: Segmentations depending on the country. (e.g., 20 users from Spain have participated in the Draw).

The legal basis for the aforementioned purpose is that the processing is necessary to satisfy the legitimate interest of LaLiga under the provisions of art. 6.1 f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, consisting of extracting learning from the information provided and obtained from users that allows it to improve the Platform and optimise the communication campaigns it carries out based on the interest they generate among different groups of users. Before that, we inform you that LaLiga has carried out a proportionality analysis between its legitimate interest and the rights and freedoms of its users. You can request the conclusions of this analysis through lopd@laliga.es.

You have the right to object to the aforementioned purpose at any time in accordance with the procedure described in the section "What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?".

 

Additional purposes:

The following are the additional purposes for which the Club and LaLiga will process your personal data:

A) On behalf of the Club:

Club marketing communications: so that the Club can send you newsletters and commercial communications related to the activities, products, services and promotions of the Club and its sponsors and collaborators, by any channel, including electronic means, without implying the communication of your personal data to third parties.

For this purpose, Club will only process the email address and, where applicable, the telephone number that you have provided us in the registration form.

We further inform you that, to send you marketing communications via email or SMS, the Club uses a service from a third party provider (salesforce.com EMEA Limited) which involves the international transfer of the email address and/or phone number that you have provided to us to the United States, a country where an equivalent level of protection to that of the European Economic Area is not guaranteed. For this reason, LaLiga, in its own name and on behalf of the Club, has signed standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission with the aforementioned suppliers pursuant to the provisions of art. 46.2 c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, including additional guarantees and obligations addressed to these providers for greater security and transparency. The content of the standard contractual clauses is at your disposal upon request through lpod@laliga.es.

The legal basis for the processing of your data for the above-mentioned purpose is the consent you have granted us for the processing of your data for the specific purposes selected under the provisions of article 6.1 a) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Your personal data will be kept for this purpose until you revoke the consent granted. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time in accordance with the procedure described in the section "What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?", without this affecting the legality of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

Simple profiling: So that the Club can send you segmented marketing communications via email, SMS, WhatsApp or other instant message channels, about the content mentioned in the purpose "Club marketing Communications" (for example, we will send you marketing communications about products that may be of interest to you depending on the age or province of residence that you have provided in your profile). The information mentioned above will be aimed at simple segments (groupings of users that are made based on the information provided by them in their profile) that the Club can prepare taking into account the following:

a) Poor level of profile detail. The Club could create simple segments, such as segments on women over 25 years of age.

b) Insufficient profile. To carry out the segments, the Club will only process the personal data you have provided on this platform or in any of the assets of LaLiga Ecosystem. In particular, the Club will use the following personal data:

Country of residence. Region or province. Age. Gender. City of residence. Language. Postcode. 

c) Positive consequences for the user. The Club will be able to send you marketing communications that best fit the profile you have declared, avoiding unwanted marketing communications or about uninteresting content.

 

The legal basis for the aforementioned purpose is the Club's legitimate interest in effectively using the personal data provided by the user to achieve greater interest and return of the communications sent. Before that, we inform you that the Club has carried out a proportionality analysis between its legitimate interest and the rights and freedoms of its users, the conclusions of which you can request through dpo@fcandorra.com.

You have the right to object to the aforementioned purpose at any time in accordance with the procedure described in the section "What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?".

- Comprehensive profiling:

Personalised experiences and information. So that the Club can send you personalised marketing communications via email, SMS, WhatsApp or other instant message channels about the content mentioned in the purpose "Club marketing Communications" (for example, we will send you marketing communications about products that may interest based on the interactions you have had with other communications and your activity on the platform). The information mentioned above will be directed to the exhaustive segments (groupings of users that are made based on the information that is obtained or inferred from their use of the platform or other LaLiga Ecosystem assets) that we can elaborate based on:

a) The information you provide us during registration (in this case, date of birth, gender, country, province and city);

b) The social login (in this case, gender, city in which you reside, publications in the biography;

c) Information about the sites tagged in them and the types of reactions they receive - page likes);

d) Interactions with communications or notifications you receive (for example, clicking on the content of a communication);

e) Data inferred as a result of use and activity on the platform (device ID, registered user ID, device model, operating system and telemetry, for example, clicking on certain content or how long you stay on the asset);

f) and the personal data you have provided in other assets under LaLiga's responsibility and those inferred data obtained in other assets under LaLiga's responsibility as a result of the user's use and activity in these assets.

 

In addition, the Club will generate these segments taking into account the following profiling techniques:

a) Measurement of the individual performance of the campaigns: The Club will use the information related to the opening rates, average click rates, email bounces or subscription cancellation rates to measure the performance of the campaign at the individual level and, as a consequence, carry out segmentations based on the information inferred about you and the rest of the declared information (for example, if you are a very active user in certain communications we may send you communications of the same type more frequently).

b) Campaign optimisation: We will exclude you from advertising campaigns about prize draws you have entered, about applications you have registered or downloaded, about products you have purchased or about services you have previously purchased (for example, we will refrain from offering you a Club app if we know you have previously downloaded it).

c) Users similar to your tastes and preferences: thanks to the profile that the Club makes about you, we can send you personalised content taking into account other profiles similar to yours (for example, if we identify that other users similar to you like eSports, we will show advertising related to eSports).

 

The legal basis for the processing of your data for the aforementioned purposes is the consent you have given us for the processing of your data for the selected purposes. Your personal data will be kept for these purposes until you withdraw the consent granted. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time in accordance with the procedure described in the section "What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?", without this affecting the legality of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

 

ii) By LaLiga: 

- LaLiga marketing communications: So that LaLiga can send you marketing communications via email or SMS or other instant message channels about its activities (the competitions it organises, campaigns, public viewings, shows or live events), products (applications, web platforms and games conducted by LaLiga), services, contests, offers, raffles and/or promotions owned by LaLiga, or contests, offers, raffles and/or promotions carried out by LaLiga on products and services jointly promoted by it with its official sponsors, which you can view here www.laliga.es/patrocinadores (hereinafter, the "Official Sponsors"), national federations or national and international television channels (hereinafter, "LaLiga products and services"). For this purpose, LaLiga will only process the email address. 

We further inform you that, to send you marketing communications via email or SMS, LaLiga uses a service from a third party (salesforce.com EMEA Limited) which involves the international transfer of the email address that you have provided to us to the United States, a country where an equivalent level of protection to that of the European Economic Area is not guaranteed. For this reason, LaLiga has signed standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission with the aforementioned suppliers pursuant to the provisions of art. 46.2 c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, including additional guarantees and obligations addressed to these providers for greater security and transparency. The legal basis for the processing of your data for the previously mentioned purpose is the consent you have granted us for the processing of your data for the specific purposes selected under the provisions of art. 6.1 a) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Your personal data will be kept for this purpose until you revoke the consent granted.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time in accordance with the procedure described in the section "What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?", without this affecting the legality of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

- Simple profiling: So that LaLiga can send you targeted marketing communications via email, SMS or other instant messaging channels, about LaLiga products and services (for example, we will send you marketing communications about products that may be of interest to you based on age or the province of residence that you have provided in your profile). The information mentioned above will be addressed to simple segments (groupings of users that are made based on the information provided by them in their profile) that LaLiga can take into account the following:

Positive consequences for the user

LaLiga will be able to send you marketing communications that best fit the profile you have declared, without unwanted marketing communications or about uninteresting content.

The legal basis for the aforementioned purpose is that the processing is necessary to satisfy the legitimate interest of LaLiga under the provisions of art. 6.1 f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, consisting of making effective use of the personal data provided by the user to achieve greater interest in and return from the communications sent. Before that, we inform you that LaLiga has carried out a proportionality analysis between its legitimate interest and the rights and freedoms of its users, the conclusions of which you can request through lopd@laliga.es.

You have the right to object to the aforementioned purpose at any time in accordance with the procedure described in the section "What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?".

 

- Comprehensive profiling: LaLiga will compile a comprehensive profile of you so that it can offer you personalised advertising, information, services and products by sending you personalised marketing communications via email, SMS, or other instant messaging channels, sending you push notifications or in -personalised apps (provided you have given consent for the purpose "LaLiga marketing Communications") or show you banners with personalised advertising on websites, applications or social networks about LaLiga products and services (for example, if we identify that you are a supporter of a specific club, we will offer you personalised incentives, such as a vest of your favourite team).

In this way, the information mentioned above will be directed to the segments (groupings of users that are made based on the information obtained from them or the use they make of the platform or other assets of LaLiga Ecosystem) which we can prepare based on the following data sources:

• The information you provide us during registration (in this case, country of residence);

• The social login (in this case, full name, email address, birthdays, gender, city and province in which you reside, categories of interests, as well as those inferred values - engagement, social, promotion and fan value score - obtained from posts in your Facebook bio and page likes);

• Interactions with communications or notifications you receive (for example, clicking on the content of a communication);

• Data inferred as a result of use and activity on the Platform (registered user ID, device model, operating system and telemetry, for example, clicking on certain content or the time you stay on the asset or the surveys you do about LaLiga or the competition).

 

In addition, LaLiga will generate these segments taking into account the following profiling techniques:

• Measurement of individual campaign performance: LaLiga will use information relating to open rates, average click rates, email bounces or subscription cancellation rates to measure the performance of the campaign at an individual level and, as a result, perform segmentations based on the inferred information about you and other declared information (for example, if you are a very active user in certain communications we may send you communications of the same type more frequently).

• Campaign optimisation: We will exclude you from those advertising campaigns about prize draws you have participated in, about applications you have registered or downloaded, about products you have purchased or about services you have previously acquired (for example, we will refrain from offering you a LaLiga app if we know you have previously downloaded it)

• Users similar to your tastes and preferences: thanks to the profile that LaLiga builds about you, we can send you personalised content taking into account other profiles similar to yours (for example, if we identify that other users similar to you like eSports, we will show advertising related to eSports).

• User rating: LaLiga will obtain an unknown variable from known variables provided or inferred from you so that it can perform an analysis of its users with the aim of identifying those most likely to use or sign up for LaLiga products, and where appropriate, offer you LaLiga products and services.

 

How long will we keep your personal data? 

The personal data we process will be kept as long as the purposes that motivated their collection persist and/or you do not revoke the consents we have granted, or you do not exercise your rights of erasure, objection or restriction of processing.

In this regard, the Club and LaLiga will keep your personal data properly blocked for the following retention period with the sole purpose of attending to responsibilities of any kind that may arise:

• Registration and access to the platform: the data provided for registration and access to the platform will be kept as long as you do not request the erasure of your data, this purpose persists and, once it has ended, during the limitation period of the legal actions that may arise.

• Internal reports: the data provided for internal reports will be kept provided you do not request the erasure of your data, this purpose persists, you do not oppose the processing, and, once this purpose has been fulfilled, during the limitation period of any legal actions that may arise from it.

• Marketing communications from the Club: the data provided for the marketing communications carried out by the Club will be kept provided you do not request the erasure of your data, this purpose persists, you do not revoke the consent granted or limit the processing and, once fulfilled for this purpose, during the limitation period for any legal actions that may arise from it.

• Simple profiling by the Club: the data provided for the creation of simple profiles will be kept provided you do not request the erasure of your data, this purpose persists, you do not oppose the processing and, once this purpose is fulfilled, for the limitation period of any legal actions that may derive from it.

• Comprehensive profiling by the Club: the data provided for the preparation of comprehensive profiles will be kept provided you do not request the erasure of your data, this purpose persists, you do not revoke the consent granted or restrict the processing and, once this purpose has been fulfilled, for the limitation period of any legal actions that may arise from it.

• LaLiga marketing communications: the data provided for the marketing communications carried out by LaLiga will be kept provided you do not request the erasure of your data, this purpose persists, you do not revoke the consent granted or restrict the processing and, once this purpose has been fulfilled, for the limitation period of any legal actions that may arise from it.

• Simple profiling by LaLiga: the data provided for the creation of simple profiles will be kept provided you do not request the erasure of your data, this purpose persists, you do not oppose the processing and, once this purpose is fulfilled, for the limitation period of any legal actions that may arise from it. 

• Comprehensive profiling by LaLiga: the data provided for the development of comprehensive profiles will be kept provided you do not request the erasure of your data, this purpose persists, you do not revoke the consent granted or restrict the processing and, once this purpose has been fulfilled, for the limitation period of any legal actions that may arise from it.

 

These personal data will be erased when the indicated deadlines expire.

 

To which recipients will your personal data be communicated?

Your personal data may be communicated to other people or companies to be used for their own purposes provided you give us your consent by checking the relevant box or on the basis of the service you request. In this regard, we inform you that your personal data will be communicated to third parties as explained in the section "For what purpose do we process your personal data?".

Specifically:

i) Club:

In general, the Club will not transfer your personal data, except in the following cases to competent authorities and bodies, courts, tribunals or any other third parties legitimized in accordance with the applicable regulations.

However, the Club has contracted the provision of certain services (e.g. virtual infrastructure services, cloud computing, etc.) to suppliers, who may have access to and/or process personal data in their capacity as processors. Some of these providers may process and store personal information on servers located outside your country of residence, you can consult the details of these providers by sending an email to: dpo@fcandorra.com.

Therefore, depending on the user's location, data transfers to other countries may occur. In such a case, your personal data may be transferred internationally to third parties located outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"), provided that the Club has the authority to do so and subject to compliance with the appropriate safeguardsset out in Articles44 to 50 of the GDPR. These third parties will only access the data to carry out their services in the name and on behalf of the Club, under obligation of confidentiality and always following its instructions and without at anytime being able to use said data for their own purposes and / or unauthorized purposes.

In any case, appropriateguaranteesinclude, but are not limited to:

• Adequacy decision: declaration by the European Commission that a non-EU State offers an adequate level of data protection equivalent to that provided by European data protection legislation, making it possible to transfer international data to a third party established in that State outside the EU;

• Binding Corporate Rules    (also known in English as "Binding Corporate Rules": they are applicable to business groups or the union of companies engaged in a joint economic activity, which enables the flow of personal data based on a self-regulation accepted and assumed by each of the signatory entities;

• Standard Corporate Rules: this is a mechanism signed between the exporter of Personal Data from any of the EEA countries and a third country. It is a contractual agreement whose model has been approved and published by the European Commission and aligned with the precepts of the RGPD.

• Code of conduct or a certification mechanism, together with binding and enforceable commitments made by the recipient in relation to the application of appropriate guarantees for the protection of the data transferred.

In the absence of the above, your personal data may exceptionally be transferred to a third country or international organization, in application of the mechanisms that may be recognized in this regard by data protection legislation. The content of the standard contractual clausesis available to you on request through: dpo@fcandorra.com.

 

ii) LaLiga:

LaLiga will communicate the personal data, declared or inferred (identified in the section Where do we obtain your personal data?) on the Platform, to the affiliated football clubs that are part of the LaLiga Ecosystem in order to allow you to access to its assets and have the same profile throughout the ecosystem. All this will be possible provided you are a registered user of any of the assets under the responsibility of these clubs, in accordance with the privacy policies of the assets of each club and based on the consents you have granted to them.

 

The legal basis that legitimises this communication of personal data is that the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party pursuant to the provisions set out in the art. 6.1 b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, in particular, the performance of the services offered to users in LaLiga Ecosistema through LaLiga's Single Sign-On, which are regulated in the conditions of use of the Platform, and in the conditions of the other assets that are part of this ecosystem. In addition, LaLiga will be able to provide the user's personal data and any other information when required by the public authorities in the performance of their legitimately assigned functions and in accordance with the applicable provisions.

Likewise, some entities subcontracted by LaLiga could access personal data and information as processors or sub-processors to provide LaLiga with a necessary service, as indicated in each of the purposes of the section "For what purpose do we process your personal data?". These service providers sign a contract binding them to use your personal information solely for the provision of the services described in this policy.

 

What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?

We inform you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure, portability, not to be subject to automated decisions and restriction of processing at any time vis a vis the Club or LaLiga.

 

What are your rights as a user?

• Right of access: you have the right to obtain confirmation about whether LaLiga or the Club processes your personal data, as well as to access it.

• Right of rectification: you can request the modification or rectification of inaccurate personal data.

• Right to erasure: you can request the erasure of your personal data. Remember that as long as the commercial and/or contractual relationship that we maintain with you continues, it is necessary that we process certain personal data to comply with the contract, so while it lasts we will not be able to delete, block or cancel it, because otherwise it would prevent us from complying with the contract.

• Right to restrict processing: In certain circumstances, you can request the restriction of the processing of your data, in which case they will only be kept for the exercise or defence of claims.

• Right to object: you can object to the processing of your data for the purpose you specify. LaLiga or the Club will cease and desist from processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims.

• Right not to be the subject of automated individual decisions: you have the right not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which may produce legal effects on you or significantly affect you in a similar way.

• The Club and LaLiga inform you that, without prejudice to the fact that they carry out decisions that are based on automated systems, these decisions (i) either do not produce legal effects or significant effects on the interested party; (ii) either they are not adopted exclusively in an automated way.

• Right of portability: if permitted, you can exercise the right to portability of your data, in a structured format, for common use and mechanical reading, and to transfer them to another data controller.

How do I exercise my rights?

i) Club:

By sending an email to dpo@fcandorra.com.

If you have given your consent for the purposes for which it has been requested, you may revoke it, at any time, following the procedure established in each of the marketing communications you receive, or through the Subscription Centre that it is to be found in your profile within the platform and by sending an email to the address: dpo@fcandorra.com.

The revocation of the consent given will not affect the use you can make of the platform or the legality of the processing based on this consent prior to its withdrawal.

Also, if you consider that you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, you can contact the Club’s data protection officer at the email address dpo@fcandorra.com or submit a complaint to the Andorran Protection Agency of Data through its website (httpps://www.apda.d/).

In the event that, in the course of a relationship with us, you provide us with the personal data of third parties, we remind you that you are solely responsible for having obtained their prior consent to communicate the personal data to the Club for the purpose established in each case to inform you, as well as having informed you of the content of this Policy.

You are responsible for holding the Club harmless from any liability arising from the lack of information and/or consent to/from the Third Party.

ii) LaLiga:

By sending an email to lopd@laliga.es. The exercise of your rights will be completely free.

If by accessing and, if applicable, by registering on the platform, you have given your consent for the purposes for which you have been requested, you may revoke it at any time, either by following the procedure established in each of the communications you receive, or through the Subscription Centre found in your profile within the platform or by sending an email to the address: lopd@laliga.es

The revocation of the consents given will not affect the use you can make of the application or the legality of the processing based on these consents prior to their withdrawal.

On the other hand, if you have registered on the platform through a social network or similar service, you can exercise your right to the erasure of your data by deactivating the "LaLiga Ecosystem" service within the services connected to your profile on the social network. Is there any kind of limitation?

The Club and LaLiga inform you that users of the platform must be at least 14 years old to register.

Regarding the use of social networks, we recommend that parents or guardians regularly check and supervise their children's internet activity. Please make sure that your children do not provide us with personal data without asking for your authorization and consent.

At any time, you can exercise the rights of minors under 14 years of age in your care, proving your legitimacy.
