A tie to keep growing

After three consecutive defeats, Andorra have accumulated two games in a row without conceding a goal. With perhaps a slightly more pragmatic game, the Tricolours have once again shown themselves to be a solid team that has not let the opponent create any outstanding goal chances, but unlike last Monday, they have not found the goal to take all three points.

However, it has been a very good Andorra, dominating as always with the ball but not conceding spaces to a team with a lot of gunpowder in attack. Eder Sarabia's side were not quite accurate in the last third of the pitch, although they had the best opportunities. Manu tried first with a loose header, but it was Alvaro Martin who had the two best chances. Especially the first one, with a right-leg shot that deflected Yáñez.

After half-time, Sporting were the first to approach in a quick transition, but just in the 48th minute, Diego Alende tried it with a great free-kick. The game, as in the first half, remained very even, although Hassan's entry gave Sporting a weapon to hurt. He had the visitors' best chance after a great individual play. For its part, Andorra tried it through Iker Benito, who found Yáñez response, and Alex Calvo, with a high shot.
