Goalless draw in the first game of the 23/24 preseason at Toulouse. Against an amazing opponent – they are, without going any further, the current champions of the French Cup – Andorra played a very serious game that should be used to win minutes and gain automation with the newcomers.
The French side came out better, but the tricolours, who wore their second yellow kit today, had their first two clear chances: first with a shot from Jandro next to the post and, two minutes later, with an other finish from teenager Patrick. Beyond that, not much else happened near the areas, although late in the first half Nico had to intervene on a couple of occasions.
On the second half, with the string of changes it has been difficult to see continuity. Toulouse managed to move the game to the opposite field and Andorra spent without the ball more time than desired, but without suffering behind the match ended goalless.
