FC Andorra's sports management announces that Aurélien Scheidler will play on loan this coming season under Eder Sarabia. The French striker arrives from Bari, in Italy's Serie B, and Andorra reserve a buy option at the end of the season.
Aurélien Scheidler (Saint-Martin-lès-Boulogne, 4/6/1998) will complete the tricolour attack and, with him, this season's squad is closed. Scheidler is a corpulent striker (192 cm), who plays well back to goal, with a great goalscoring ability and who has earned a place in professional football after much work. In fact, his first big season was at the age of 20 when he scored 15 goals in the French fifth division in the ranks of Orleans II. From there he climbed the ranks until, last summer, Bari, just relegated to Serie B, paid two million for him.
In between he played in the French second division with Orléans, signed for Dijon in Ligue 1, who loaned him out in January but recovered the following summer to make him their reference (12 goals in Ligue 2). Last season, in Italy's Serie B, he scored three goals for Bari.
