Our U15 team, which has only dropped three points this season, is the new leader of its group after narrowly defeating Edfor and taking advantage of Atlètic Segre's draw.
Joanenc 1-0 U19
Amid breaks, national team call-ups, and moments of low accuracy, the under-19 is going through a tough time and once again failed to score points in their trip to Sant Joan de Vilatorrada. Despite this, the tricolors had a strong first half and created enough chances to at least secure a point.
The match started with an early scare that Víctor handled very well, and from there, the team stepped up and had two very clear chances through Jose and César.
In the second half, the home team pushed forward and eventually found the goal in a fortunate play with a quarter of an hour remaining. The 1-0 scoreline remained final despite the tricolors' attempts to equalize.
Edfor 0-1 U15
The team coached by Bryan Pubill took advantage of the stumble of the league's previous leader to claim the top spot in the standings with a hard-fought victory in La Seu d'Urgell. Andorra started slow but capitalized on Nil Hernández's lone goal right at the beginning.
In the very first minute, the tricolors scored from a corner kick taken by Jan. However, the under-15 struggled in the opening minutes and was fortunate to have goalkeeper Joan, who saved the equalizer. As the minutes passed, Andorra improved and, especially in the second half, was far superior to their opponent. The score, however, remained 0-1.
U13 2-10 Cerdanyola
A tough match for the U13, who could only compete in the first quarter of an hour when they still had numerical equality. From there, two almost consecutive expulsions left the tricolors with no options.
And yet, Aldo Papadopulos' team managed to equalize through Sam Turné after Cerdanyola's opening goal, one of the top teams in the category. With the score at 1-2, however, Andorra was reduced to nine players and could no longer fight for the points.
