After a poor start to the year, this weekend the U15 returned to winning ways and the U13 salvaged a point in a match marked by rain. The under-19, on the other hand, could not score in San Mauro's visit to the Principality.
U19 0-3 San Mauro
The U19 could not achieve a good result in a match where the tricolors missed opportunities in the first half and ended up paying dearly for it. Unai, Queirós, and César had good chances to open the scoring, but the Catalans were much more accurate: in the 22nd minute they were denied by Víctor, but shortly after they opened the scoring from a corner kick.
In the second half, Andorra tried to react but a goal from San Mauro in the 51st minute was too much for the tricolor team, which tried but was unable to get back into the game. In the 71st minute, the definitive 0-3 arrived.
Alpicat 0-4 U15
Despite last week's setback against the leader, AEM, the under-15 team remains in the fight for the top spots after defeating Alpicat, another direct rival. Bryan Pubill's team sealed the match with four goals in the first half.
The first goal, right at the start, was scored by Timo after good pressure from Nil, while in the 15th minute, a good cross from Max caused an own goal by a visiting defender. With a 0-2 lead, Alpicat stepped up and Andorra had to defend seriously for a while, but just before halftime, the match was decided thanks to goals from Nil and Jan.
In the second half, with everything decided, Andorra completely dominated and enjoyed plenty of chances to make the scoreline even bigger, but the score remained unchanged.
At. Segre 0-0 U13
In a match marked by the conditions of the pitch, flooded by the amount of water that fell in Lleida, neither team wanted to take risks, and as a result, the game had very few chances. However, the U13 showed great defensive solidity and could have won the match in the last play of the game.
In the third minute of added time in the second half, Nil led a quick counterattack and set up Sam in front of the goalkeeper. Before the forward could shoot, a defender brought him down inside the box, but the referee ignored it and did not call the penalty.
