A revitalizing win

Andorra has resolved all his problems in a spectacular game against Osasuna Promesas. The tricolours, who were coming off a tough defeat in Segovia last week, have dispelled all doubts with a very complete match in which the team has revealed itself in the scoring section. Seven goals and a lively and high-quality football.

Like three years ago, in FC Andorra's other experience in the Primera RFEF, the match in the middle of Puríssima Day was accompanied by heavy snowfall in the hours before the game. And like on that occasion, the tricolours have felt like fish in water in this context. In the first half they have gone over their opponent and have left the victory almost doomed. Álvaro Martín and Iván Rodríguez have their opportunity before the 1-nil, in the 10th minute, thanks of Álvaro Martín, with a header. Shortly after, Nico saved Lumbreras' shot in the only approach of the away team in the entire first half, and Josep Cerdà scored the second (22'). And even before the break, with Andorra playing at pleasure, the Mallorcan winger completed his double with a spectacular shot.

After half-time, just starting, Diego Espejo, with a header in an action from a set piece, reduced the distance, but Ferran Costa's team did not lose their composure and shortly after Almpanis, who had replaced Josep Cerdà at half-time for a shot, re-established the three-goal advantage on the scoreboard (58'). From there, the game went downhill: Manu Nieto scored the fifthafter a shot by Álvaro Peña, Álvaro Martín completed his double (78') and Lauti, after several attempts, scored the seventh (86').

With everything already decided, just before entering added time, the visiting Espejo once again prevailed in a set piece action to score the final 7-2.
