A very hard blow

Sometimes it is difficult to explain the inexplicable, but Andorra lost a match that they had won in the 95th minute. The tricolours, after a rather lethargic first half, woke up after the home goal and the four substitutions that Ferran Costa introduced on the pitch: they turned the score around and had plenty of chances to score more goals. But they forgave and in two minutes of madness, Gimnástica Segoviana took the win.

The first half can be summed up with Andorra being patient with the ball but having problems overcoming the initial pressure from the home team, led by a hyperactive Davo. Every time the tricolours managed to get out, however, the team progressed easily and thus the clearest opportunity came from Álvaro Peña, with a shot that went over the crossbar. The visitors also threatened with a couple of dangerous crosses from Pau Casadesús and a shot from Luismi, just before half-time.

In the second half, the Segovians found themselves 1-0 up with a brilliant goal from Fer Llorente, but from then on Andorra reacted, especially with the entry of Erik Morán, Álvaro Martín, Almpanis and Lautaro. In fact, the effect of the changes was not long in coming and after a cross from Iván and a few rebounds, Lautaro restored parity in the scoreboard (61').

The match went crazy, but everything seemed to be going downhill towards home goal. Álvaro Martín, in a good counterattack, did not find the net, while in the 81st minute the goal finally arrived. After a great move by Almpanis, the ball fell to Manu Nieto who did not forgive.

With the score at 1-2, Andorra had the third goal at the feet of Alba and Álvaro Peña, on two occasions, but it did not arrive and Segoviana took advantage of it to equalize in a play full of rebounds that ended with a spectacular bycicle kick from Astray and to finally turn the score around a minute later through Tellechea.
