FC Andorra announces that it has reached an agreement with Nico Ratti to renew his contract for three more seasons. In this way, the Argentine-born goalkeeper, who has been living in the country for more than 20 years, will remain tied to the tricolor entity until June 30, 2029.
Nico Ratti is a living part of Andorra's history. Trained in the club's youth categories and with more than 200 matches under his belt, the goalkeeper is the only player to have worn the tricolor jersey in five different categories after debuting in the 1st Regional on April 26, 2009. Nico Ratti was 15 years old when he replaced Koldo Álvarez in an Andorra-Albesa match, and the following season, still a cadet, he became an undisputed starter in the first team.
After a round trip – Numancia youth team, Llagostera, and Sant Julià – Ratti returned to the club right at the start of the new project, playing a key role in the meteoric rise of the team from Primera Catalana to professional football.
Nico, the story continues! Let’s keep moving forward together!
