It's been a pleasure, Marc Aguado

Time of goodbyes and emotive farewells… One of them, Marc Aguado’s, who puts an end to a brilliant period of three seasons in the tricolour team. On loan from Zaragoza, the midfielder will always be remembered as one of the cornerstones of the team that achieved promotion to professional football and debut in LaLiga2.

Marc Aguado  arrived in the Principality in the summer of 2020 on loan and since then his importance in the team has grown, especially since the arrival of Eder Sarabia. With the Basque coach, Aguado has been one of the players with the most minutes in the tricolour squad: this year he has been the second most used player. In total, he has played 88 matches –61 starts– and has experienced two promotions and the consolidation of the tricolour team in LaLiga after the spectacular seventh final position this season.

"Three years ago I arrived in Andorra as a young man who wanted to grow as a footballer and now I leave as a more mature person. After victories, defeats, joys and hard times, I can look back and sincerely say that you have given me everything. We have managed to bring FC Andorra to professional football, a dream come true," Aguado wrote in his farewell letter.
