Ferran Costa, new FC Andorra's coach

FC Andorra announces that Ferran Costa will be the manager of the first team after the agreement reached with Badalona Futur for the transfer of his federative rights. The coach, only 29 years old, signs for this and another season and arrives with the intention of reversing the poor dynamic of results and trying to save the category in this final stretch of the season.

Ferran Costa (Castelldefels, 1/10/1994) is a manager with a long career despite his youth. Precocity has marked the career of a coach who at only 25 years old managed his first senior team when he took charge of Manresa, in Tercera División, and since then his career has been meteoric. In his second season with the catalan team, a club that had never gone beyond Tercera División, he was champion and achieved promotion to Segunda RFEF, while the following season he continued his upward trajectory competing for promotion to Primera RFEF in his debut in the category. This year, with Badalona Futur, he leaves the team as a solid leader in the category after a great season in which he has also won the Federation Cup.

Before that, during his time in youth football, Costa had coached at Marianao Poblet, passed through the prestigious ranks of Damm and and in Manresa and Nàstic Manresa under19. He was also Xavi Molist's assistant coach in Terrassa.

In this new adventure in the Principality, Costa will be accompanied on the tricolor bench by Marcos Reina, as assistant coach, and Carles Manso, as an analyst.
