Exciting weekend and again very positive for the U19 and U13 teams who achieved a new triumph thanks to goals in the final minutes. The youngest are still on a winning streak after overcoming a direct rival at the top of the table, while the U19 is still growing and have gone four days in a row without losing. The U16 squad, meanwhile, was visiting the leader and his feelings improved, although he left empty-handed.
Lleida 1-2 U19 | Comeback and a new win
In a very even game, the team coached by Filipe Busto won at Lleida thanks to goals from Yèdid and Dani de Sa, the latter five minutes from the end. In the first half, the defenses and especially the goalkeepers of both teams were the main protagonists, but after the break everything changed.
Right at the start of the second half, Lleida took the lead with a shot from outside the area. With the goal, the tricolours took a step forward and found the reward a quarter of an hour later when after another great intervention by the home goalkeeper, Abu assisted Yèdid to equalize the game.
From there, the duel went crazy in the last minutes: the referee sent off a player from each team and, in the 86th minute, a lateral free kick served by Yèdid was finished in the back of the net by Dani de Sa scoring the defenitive 1-2.
Mollerussa 2-0 U16 | Good feelings against the leader
U16 team is having a complicated league start and this last weekend had one of the most complicated visits of the season to break the bad streak of results. He did not succeed, but the feelings were positive, facing the leader and one of the best teams in the category. Bryan Pubill's boys were much more solid and focused and although they may have lacked more force in both areas they stood up against Mollerussa.
The locals took the lead after in the 25th minute and goalkeeper Arnau Rodríguez, very accurate throughout the game, prevented more goals with a couple of meritorious interventions. At the restart, Mollerussa took advantage of a recovery in a dangerous area to make it 2-0 just to start. This goal affected Andorra for a few minutes, in the last few minutes the team, although without managing to close the gap.
U13 1-0 Baix Segria | 'In-extremis' win against a direct opponent
Five wins in five games. This is the spectacular league start for under 13 team, who this week overcame an opponent who, like them, arrived at the weekend full of victories. Thus, the match was very even, with many inaccuracies and disputes in the middle of the field and without many chances in the first half.
In the restart, Andorra came out much calmer with the ball and managed to transfer the game to the opponent's field. The goal, however, didn't arrive until five minutes from the end when madness broke out. Cerni stood in front of the goalkeeper and scored the 1-0 that would be definitive to give the tricolour squad three very important points.
