Andorra has concluded the preseason after playing eight preparation matches. The tricolor team closed this period with a record of four victories, three draws, and one defeat, in a preseason marked by the gradual integration of new players and the team's preparation for the start of the official competition.
The four victories came against Millwall, Inter Club d’Escaldes, Real Zaragoza, and Nàstic de Tarragona. The three draws were against CE Europa, CE Sabadell, and Stevenage, while the only defeat was against SD Huesca. In total, the team scored 10 goals and conceded 7.
As for the scorers, Nacho Quintana and Hugo Solozábal were the top scorers of the preseason, with two goals each. Stefan Golubovic, Álex Calvo, Uzkudun, Aron Rodrigo, Jordi Cano, and Moró Sidibe each contributed one goal.
Now, Andorra is fully focused on the start of the league. The first official match of the season will take place this Saturday, August 15, at 5:00 PM, against Ceuta, at the FAF Stadium in Encamp. The tricolor team thus faces the first challenge of the season after weeks of preparation and with the desire to begin the competition.
