With the goal that opened the scoreboard against Barça Atlètic, Álvaro Peña became the first tricolour goalscorer of the 2024/25 season. It had to be on the second match after being kept at zero in the opening game of the competition, but the goal of the Basque helped FC Andorra to get the first three points of the year.
It was the 75th minute when Peña collected a dead ball at the front of the area and sent a rocket shot that left the visiting goalkeeper with no options. The goal did justice to the dominance of the tricolour throughout the game and, despite the Blaugrana side's draw shortly afterwards, Ferran Costa's team ended up taking the win thanks to Álvaro Martín's goal in the last minute.
