Andorra has shown this season that he never get scared against any opponent or any stadium and he made it clear again in Mendizorrotza. Against Alavés, Eder Sarabia's men made an impresive performance, especially in the first half, and earned a well-deserved point. Mika Mármol and Germán had the clearest opportunities for the visitors in the first 45 minutes and after half time Nico Ratti made two incredible saves.
Álex Pastor and Carlos sent their headers above the crossbar in the first minutes, but Mika Mármol and Germán were the ones with the best opportunities. Sivera saved Mika's header from a set piece and before half time, the keepper was again decisive with a shot by Germán. Meanwhile, Jason scored but the referee disallowed the goal for offside.
In the second half, Alavés was slightly better and Nico Ratti had to save two dangerous shots by Javi López and Miguel de la Fuente. But Andorra controlled the game and nothing changed until the final whistle.
