Andorra has achieved a much-needed victory in a match that had a bit of everything and required suffering until the end. Two goals from Jordi Cano and another from Marc Domènech were key to securing three very important points, putting an end to a poor run of five consecutive defeats and giving the team some breathing room.

With a game script we are not so accustomed to, the tricolors managed to defend with order and discipline against a Granada side that had more possession and struck at key moments. In fact, one of those moments came as early as the 7th minute, when Nacho Quintana and Jordi Cano combined to create the first goal for the Catalan. After the 0-1, Carles Manso's men worked tirelessly to defend the crosses that the Andalusian team sent into the box and found the reward of a second goal from a set-piece: Marc Domènech pounced on a rebound after a corner kick and scored the tricolors' second goal.

In the second half, the start of the period was absolute chaos. From a corner, the tricolors' biggest headache, Granada reduced the deficit (47') and, immediately after, Arnaiz had a clear chance to equalize. But it was Jordi Cano again who did not forgive, intercepting a back pass and scoring the third with ease.

However, despite the two-goal advantage, there were still many twists to come. First, a red card for Pau López that was later overturned by VAR, and then in the 78th minute, from another corner, Mario Jiménez made the match even more intense. But despite the suffering, Andorra clung to the victory and secured three crucial points.
