Following the statement issued by Girona FC regarding its concern about the state of the playing field at Estadi Nacional ahead of the semi-final match of the Copa Catalunya to be played this coming Wednesday, FC Andorra would like to state that:

First of all, we deeply regret the situation we find ourselves in as a result of the state of the pitch at Estadi Nacional, an issue about which we have expressed our concern for some time.

We understand the position and concern of Girona FC, although our desire is to play this match at home and in front of our people, as established in the Copa Catalunya competition plan.

We place ourselves in the hands of Federació Catalana de Futbol and await the federal entity, the organizer of the competition, to make a decision in this regard in the fairest and most equitable way possible for all parties involved.
FC Andorra will continue working to guarantee the best possible playing conditions and defend the interests of the club and the competition.
