The LaLiga Genuine competition starts with FC Andorra taking part for the third consecutive year. Despite the relegation from LaLiga, the club continues to be part of this competition for players with other abilities, which kicked off with the first phase of the season which was played in Tarragona.
The Salou football complex hosted all the matches of the 47 participating teams, including the three played by the squad coached by Montse Sánchez. FC Andorra won one match, against Racing de Ferrol, and lost the other two games against Lugo and Real Zaragoza, all three closely contested duels.
Beyond the matches, the tricolours enjoyed a very complete weekend and a real football party that began on Friday with a visit to the Port Aventura amusement park and a spectacular inauguration of Nou Estadi de Tarragona.
