Andorra will collaborate in the workshop “Detect, Prevent, and Act: Responses to School Bullying through Sports”, an initiative promoted by the Comú d'Encamp and LaLiga, which will take place on May 21 at the Festive Hall of the Encamp Sports and Sociocultural Complex. The training will be aimed at professionals in the sports, educational, and leisure fields with the goal of providing tools to detect, prevent, and act in situations of school bullying.

Encamp's collaboration with LaLiga in this initiative is possible thanks to the existing link between the Comú and Andorra, which have recently strengthened their already existing relationship with various joint actions in the territory. This connection has allowed the parish to become part of the network of cities linked to LaLiga as the home of the tricolor club.

The workshop will combine theoretical and practical content and will feature the participation of former footballer Àlex Sánchez, currently a member of LaLiga's Public Affairs and Institutional Relations department, who will share his experience and reflect on the role of sports as a space for inclusion, safety, and coexistence.

The Sports Councilor, Nino Marot, highlighted that “the involvement of clubs, institutions, and entities is key to continuing to build safe and healthy sports spaces,” and encouraged professionals in the sector to participate in this training.

With this collaboration, Andorra continues to strengthen its commitment to social initiatives that use sports as an educational and transformative tool.
