Bakis doesn't accept the renewal offer and he won't continue

Bakis has not accepted the renewal offer of the tricolour team and will not remain at FC Andorra next season. The German striker, who arrived last summer from Dutch Heracles, ends his contract on June 30 after not complying with the clauses for automatic renewal and has not accepted the proposal of the club. Thus, he will put an end to his time in the Principality after a single season.

Sinan Bakis arrived on the final day of last summer transfer window and soon became the offensive reference for Eder Sarabia's side. The striker made his debut on the Mirandés stadium scoring the equalizer goal in the last minute and, after a brief period of adaptation, became one of the players more used by the coach and the top scorer of the tricolour team. In total, this season Bakis has played 36 games and has scored 14 goals –12 in the league and 2 in the Copa Catalunya, including the one that won the title of the competition–.

With his 12 goals, Bakis has set FC Andorra's goalscoring record in LaLiga; a figure that the strikers who arrive in the future will have to try to overcome to continue making history in professional football.

We want to take this opportunity to thank the player for his professionalism and good work with our shirt.
