Andorra was defeated 0-1 by Eibar in a match where neither team had many clear scoring opportunities. A very evenly matched game with few offensive highlights ultimately went in favor of the Basque team thanks to the only clear goal generated during the ninety minutes.

Andorra started strong with a shot from Efe Akman that was deflected by Magunagoitia, and the tricolor team came close a couple more times in the opening minutes. However, the initial intensity gradually faded, and the game became flat with little action near the area. In fact, it was Eibar that threatened on the counterattack, trying to capitalize on every turnover, though without success.

In the second half, however, the scoreboard moved with the slightest margin. On the visitors' first approach, Iván Gil set up Aleix Garrido, and the Catalan midfielder broke the deadlock with a close-range finish (47').

The goal, at least, served to wake up Andorra, which threw everything at the opposing goal. Moró, who came on at halftime, tested the visiting goalkeeper after outmaneuvering his marker with a great move, and shortly after, Eibar was reduced to ten players due to a harsh tackle by Magunazelaia in the 57th minute. From that point on, the game turned into an all-out attack.

Andorra sought the comeback until the end and, in the final minutes, believed they had found it with a shot from Efe Akman from the edge of the area that ended up in the visitors' net. However, after a lengthy VAR review, the referee disallowed the goal due to a prior offside in the play, leaving the tricolor team's last attempt unrewarded and confirming the 0-1 defeat.
