Andorra continues to shape its preparation ahead of the start of LaLiga Hypermotion and has already confirmed two new friendlies against familiar opponents: Real Zaragoza and SD Huesca.
The tricolor team will visit Real Zaragoza on August 6 at the Aragonese club's sports city and, just one day later, will travel to SD Huesca's facilities to play the second preparation match.
These will be two good tests for the team before the official start of the season, against two teams facing a season with many changes. Both Zaragoza and Huesca have been relegated this year to Primera RFEF and are undergoing a process of squad renewal and the construction of a new project.
On Zaragoza's bench will be Ibai Gómez, a former tricolor coach, who begins a new chapter as the coach of the Aragonese team. Meanwhile, Huesca has chosen Raúl Jardiel as their coach, who arrives from Espanyol B.
Recent encounters between these teams have been closely contested. Last season, Andorra drew 2-2 at Huesca's ground and 1-1 at the Estadi d'Encamp, while against Zaragoza, they achieved a 2-1 home victory and an away win of 1-3.
With these two commitments, FC Andorra will face the final part of the preseason with the aim of reaching the start of the competition, scheduled for the weekend of August 15 and 16, in the best possible condition.
