Andorra lose after a bad first half

Andorra still can't find their way away from home and, after their victorious debut at Leganés, have lost three games in a row away from Estadi Nacional. Eder Sarabia's side did a very bad first half and went into half-time two goals down on the scoreboard... on the second half, the Tricolours reacted but despite Petxa's goal, they were unable to comeback.

Uncomfortable with the ball, Andorra were not good in the first half. And as the minutes have gone by, Albacete was better and better. Juanma was the first to try it, while Manu Nieto replied on a set piece (29'). Just on the next play, Dani Martin made an incredible save in a quick transition. And two minutes later, Manu Fuster opened the score.

The Tricolours tried to react with a shot from Alvaro, but in the 45th minute, Jonathan Silva doubled the advantage in a counterattack. And it could have been even worse, as Dani Martin avoided the third.

After half-time, Andorra came out more confident and Petxa’s goal helped to that. Then, in the second half Eder’s side controlled the game, but it was unable to create chances on Altube’s goal. So the minutes went by without many action near the areas until, in added time, Albacete secured the win through Higinio.
