Another win to keep looking up

Andorra have once again achieved a good home win in a match that was clearly went from less to more. The tricolours, who suffered in the first half, especially in the last fifteen minutes where Nico Ratti had to support the team with several meritorious saves, reacted after the break and ended up winning thanks to goals from Lauti and Juanda.

The team from the Principality did not enter the pitch badly and in the first minutes they managed to take possession from Celta, who, as expected, came out brave and ready to take control. Thus, the first to try was Dani Villahermosa, with a very clear shot but it was blocked by the defender, while the Galician reserve team responded with a deflected shot from Jordi Escobar.

In the 27th minute, it was Manu Nieto who forced the former tricolor Marc Vidal to show off, while a few minutes later, Molina ended an excellent collective move with a too-forced shot. But from there, Celta Fortuna took control, closing Andorra around their own area and Nico and the crossbar had to prevent the visitors from taking the lead.

The break gave Andorra some air and the tricolours increased their pressure to try to change the dangerous dynamics that had taken hold of the match in the last minutes before half-time. And furthermore, they were also able to punish the visitors' mistakes. Without going any further, in the 52nd minute, Lauti took advantage of a penalty for handball to open the scoring.

With the match well underway, Juanda made his debut as a scorer in the league with a free kick that nobody touched and caught the away goalkeeper off guard, who was unable to do anything to prevent the second (67'). And now, with the score at 2-0, Andorra has played with complete ease, dominating and controlling the final minutes and could have easily scored the third goal if Marc Vidal would had not saved Manu Nieto's shot.
