Andorra does not give up and will fight to the end. Today, a goal by Jon Karrikaburu in the last play of the match gave life to the tricolour team that with the draw would have mathematically confirmed relegation to Primera RFEF. But with the game ending, the striker worked a miracle and give the prize for the team who deserves it more.
The tricolours entered the game well and before the 15th minute Rubén Bover had a clear opportunity to open the scoring after a good cross from Iván Gil. A few minutes earlier, Sergio Molina had tried it from a free kick, but little by little the game lost its rhythm and very few approaches to the areas could be seen. Nico Ratti was fairly quiet throughout the first half, while at the other goal, Scheidler tried it with a high shot just before the break.
The second half didn't start much more lively and it wasn't until the 63rd minute that Sergio Molina, after set piece kicked by Iván Gil, shot too high. But Burgos had the clearest chance in the 70th minute, when Bermejo received the ball inside de box but sent his shot off the woodwork.
The miracle, in the 94th minute
From there, the game broke down and although the tricolours tried with a shot from Rubén Bover, deflected, and another from Álvaro Martín, it seemed that they ran out of strength in the last minutes But in the last play of the game, Iván Gil won the ball in a long pass from Nico and assisted to Jon Karrikaburu, who after an excellent control, beat Caro and gave an extra life to Andorra.
