Champions of Catalunya again!

29 years after the historic penalty shootout victory against Espanyol, Andorra have won the second Copa Catalunya in their history thanks to a solitary goal from Sinan Bakis in added time. The Tricolours have had a difficult game against Badalona Futur, who surely had the best chances of the match, but as in the semi-finals, a goal from the Turkish striker ended up decanting the match.

As soon as they started, the escapulates threatened with two shots by Guiu and Dani Hernandez who hit the post. After the initial scare, Andorra tried to calm the duel through the ball, but was very inoffensive in the final metres and except for a Bundu shot, it hardly threatened Isaac Becerra's goal, while Badalona tried again in the 44th minute with a shot from Altube.

On the restart, Andorra tried to come out with more pace, but in attack it continued to show itself quite harmless. At 72', Lizoain was quick to get out at the feet of the escaped striker, on Badalona's only chance in the second half. Little by little, Eder Sarabia's side have been closing their rivals close to the area until, already in added time, a great move by Germán has helped Bakis give the title to the tricolours.
