After once again becoming a player for Andorra, Jesús Owono has been officially presented to the media. The international goalkeeper for Equatorial Guinea explained that, despite having other options during the transfer market, the club's persistence was decisive for his return. "I wanted to come back here, where I believe I was discovered and where I was given an opportunity from day one," he stated.

The goalkeeper also highlighted the good atmosphere he found upon his return and the competitiveness that will exist among the goalkeepers this season. Owono praised Pau López and Nico Ratti, with whom he will share the goalkeeping duties, and assured that the competition will only raise the team's level. "The three of us will enjoy it a lot. The decision is up to the coach, but we have to make things difficult for him every day," he affirmed.

Finally, Owono made it clear that he returns to the Principality convinced of the potential of the tricolor project. The goalkeeper believes that the team maintains the hunger and ambition that characterized them last season and is optimistic about the future. "This group is capable of achieving great things," he assured, before concluding with a phrase that sums up his feelings after donning the FC Andorra jersey again: "No one can take away the smile of having returned home."
