We are back!

Andorra will play in LaLiga next season after overcoming Ponferradina in a very competitive tie that was decided by a goal from Lautaro de León. Beto Company's team knew how to suffer with the local pressure, they were patient with the ball and tipped the balance with a goal that the Galician striker made all by himself: he caused the penalty and he himself collected the rejection of his shot to unleash the madness.

The nearly 300 tricolors that occupied the visiting stands of Toralín enjoyed a game with a happy ending. But to achieve this, they had to suffer a lot. And the fact is that Ponferradina came out with pressure and until the last quarter of an hour of the first half, Andorra was unable to gain control of the ball and close their rival in their own field.

In the second half, the Tricolors came out with the same momentum as at the end of the first half and Álvaro Martín had the clearest chance with a shot that went over the crossbar. In the end, however, it was Lautaro de León who scored the goal. Andrés Prieto awarded him a penalty and, in the first instance, the local goalkeeper won the game from the penalty spot. The Tricolor 11, however, took the rejection and scored the 0-1 that gave, momentarily, promotion to the category to Andorra.

From there, the Bierzo team took a step forward and the last minutes were an exercise in endurance. Despite this, Nico Ratti hardly had to suffer much and, after seven minutes of eternal added time, FC Andorra was able to celebrate its return to professional football.
