FC Andorra will dedicate the month of February to the visibility of rare diseases, an initiative that the club will promote together with AMMA, the Association of Rare Diseases of Andorra, as part of the 'One team, one community' initiative.
This action, which will feature Álvaro Martín and Dani Villahermosa as ambassadors, is part of the commemoration of the World Rare Disease Day, celebrated on February 29, a symbolic date that only appears every four years and represents the uniqueness and rarity of these conditions.
Throughout the month, the club will support AMMA with various awareness actions aimed at giving visibility to people living with a rare disease and their families, as well as highlighting the work carried out by the association in the country.
From FC Andorra, we want to reaffirm, once again, our social commitment and the desire to contribute to making Andorra a more informed, empathetic, and inclusive society, using the platform of sports to support causes that have a real impact on the daily lives of many people.
