FC Andorra strengthen the midfield with Erik Morán

FC Andorra continues to add players before the start of pre-season and has reached an agreement with experienced midfielder Erik Morán. The Basque footballer has extensive career in LaLiga 1 and 2 and signs for one season plus another optional one.

Erik Morán, tricolour!

Erik Morán (Portugalete, 25/05/1991) arrives from Amorebieta, with whom he played last season in LaLiga 2 and with whom he faced Andorra. With the Basques, Morán played 32 games in a category he knew perfectly as he had played many seasons wearing the jersey of teams such as Leganés, Zaragoza, Málaga, Numancia and Ponferradina.

Formed in Athletic Club, the Portugalete-born footballer also has experience in LaLiga 1. He made his first-team debut for Athletic in a game against Real Madrid in April 2013 and made the final leap just the following summer. He played with the lions for a season and a half until he went out on loan mid-season to Leganés. In the highest tier, he also played in a second stage with Leganés and AEK Athens, in this case in the Greek SuperLeague.

In total, Morán has played 35 games in LaLiga 1, 216 in LaLiga 2, 11 in Greece's top division, 3 games in the Champions League and 2 in Europa League.

Welcome to the Principality, Erik! Your successes will be ours!
