Bad game on the crucial day. The chances of direct promotion have completely disappeared after the defeat in Sestao's visit to the Principality. In a crowded Estadi Nacional, Andorra started winning, but saw the Basque team turn the score around in the second half.
The match turned very quickly for the tricolour team since, in the 12th minute, a pass behind the defense ended with an unfortunate header from Joseda into the back of the net. With the score at 1-0, Andorra began to get on track for victory but, in terms of play, the team did not feel comfortable at any point. Thus, against a brave and judicious Sestao when he had the ball, the Principality's team did not manage to create any danger to Herrerín's goal.
Nico Ratti did not have to intervene in the entire first half either, but the truth is that after the break the feelings did not improve either. Lauti had a great chance to score the second, but as the minutes passed, it was the away team who took a step forward. Sestao threatened with a double chance that was blocked between Morgado and Trigueros and turned the score around in five minutes. First, in the 75th minute, Bustillo equalized with a free kick and, shortly after, Sergi Garcia scored the second with a shot that was deflected after hitting a defender.
In the final minutes, Andorra tried with more heart than anyone else, although Almpanis had a very clear chance to equalize.
