Good images and positive sensations from Andorra in the third preseason test. Against an Inter team that put up a fight and complicated things with high pressing, the tricolors ended up winning convincingly in a match with plenty of activity in the penalty areas.
After an evenly matched start, Álex Calvo broke the deadlock on his first opportunity thanks to an excellent maneuver inside the box. With the goal, Carles Manso's team found a bit more space and pushed the opponent back towards their goal. This led to Uzkudun's goal after a precise cross from Juan Sebastián (31'), as well as chances for Moró Sidibe and Juan Sebastián, the latter being very clear just before halftime.
In the second half, Inter came out energized, although Uzkudun hit the post right at the start. However, the Escaldes team equalized the match in the blink of an eye: first in a confusing play from a throw-in and three minutes later with a stunning goal from Faysal from midfield (57').
That said, Andorra responded two minutes later—just as the team made the usual round of substitutions—with a goal from Aron Rodrigo, while Hugo Solozábal and Nacho Quintana sealed the scoreline.
